Welcome
Hello and welcome to Menlo First Baptist. My name is Matthew Willingham, and I am the Pastor. Here at Menlo our goal is to love all, win the lost, and equip the saints! It is my prayer that you are receptive to the gospel and experience the power of the Holy Spirit by worshipping with us through music and hearing God’s Word. We have activities for all ages and all are invited and welcome here. Come help us as we love all, win the lost, and equip the saints!
About Matthew
Matthew was born and raised in Menlo, Georgia. At the age of 8, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He graduated from Chattooga High School and studied business administration at Shorter University. Matthew accepted God's call to preach in December of 2020. He began pastoring Menlo in August 2021. Matthew is currently working on his Master of Divinity at Andersonville Theological Seminary.
Matthew is a member of the Menlo Fire Department and also helps at Mason's Funeral Home. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and three children- Lee, Cooper, and Samantha.
